-WHY CHOOSE PRESCRIPTION COSMETICS AS YOUR BEAUTY PRESCRIBER? 

 

Well I donโ€™t think we could say it better than we have in our โ€˜ABOUT USโ€™ page. I mean we may be biased but we list all the facts as to why we should be your beauty prescriber, and as any professional knowsโ€ฆ you canโ€™t argue with facts.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT? 

 

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we don't offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days.

Unfortunately we only offer refunds when it comes to damaged or defective goods.

WHY DO MY LASHES LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO THE LAST PAIR? 

 

Our lashes are creativity crafted in our beauty lab, by our technicians with a passion to make each lash amazing! 

As we have different technicians each lash can be slightly different, but this would only be minor. 

This is not a fault but just the unique placement of individual lash hair.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR MUA DISCOUNT?

Calling all MUAโ€™s...the discount doctor has arrived, she understands looking good costs, but why should it cost you a tonne when all your trying to do is help those in need (of a full face) 

DM on us instagram today at @prescription_cosmetics for your 1-1 consultation and weโ€™ll prescribe you with a code. Then you can head over to the pharmacy and start shopping, and simply use your personal MUA code at the checkout.

  •  Discount can be applied to any number of lashes - there is no minimum quantity or spend

  • To qualify for 50% MUA discount we need proof that your a makeup artist (eg MUA Instagram, certificate or business card)

  • If the doctor finds out your sharing your prescription code you wonโ€™t be prescribed any more, itโ€™s for your eyes and your eyes only. 

  • our code is updated weekly to stop it spreading and keep the germs at bay, so if you want a repeat prescription just pop into our dm's and ask for the new code (you wont need to prove that you're an mua again)

  • The code is unlimited for the whole week it is valid, so if Saturday night fever gets the best of your clients and you need more lashes than you first thought, the code can be used again and again.

CAN I ONLY PAY WITH PAYPAL? 

 

No, you can pay by paypal, credit or debit card. However you can only checkout with paypal from the prescription website. Once you have been taken to the paypal checkout window there will be an option to pay by credit or debit card, simply click on that and enter your details. Once the transaction has been completed you will be redirected back to our website where the order will be confirmed.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

 

Your parcel may have been left in a safe place at the delivery address or with a neighbour.

Please then make contact with the delivery company as they often can provide direct information from the driver who delivered your parcel.

If you wish to track your parcel, there is a Hermes tracking reference number on your shipping confirmation email, simply head to the Hermes website and enter your tracking number to see where your order is.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER THAT Iโ€™VE PLACED? 

Eg. address, discount codes, product swaps etc. 

 

Unfortunately this isn't possible. We process the orders very soon after we receive them. As prescriptions are personal, we suggest that you ensure all your details are correct before submitting your order. 

If there is an issue then please email us and we will make every effort to assist you with your issue.

YES Prescription cosmetics ships worldwide .

However weโ€™re not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the courier we will be sending the products by at the checkout.
